After selecting Bitcoin, select the network that Bitcoin is on. If your Bitcoin is on its own original blockchain, you can select Bitcoin or SegWit.
If you withdraw Bitcoin from an other exchange and select the BNB (BEP2), BSC or ETH network if possible, you can select the same deposit network on Binance.
The network that you select on the exchange that you withdraw Bitcoin from should match the deposit network on Binance.
If you deposit Bitcoin to Binance from your own wallet, you can first check which network Bitcoin is on and select your deposit network accordingly.

So, in that case, you can select the Ethereum network on Binance.
